Great customer service. We had issues with our order but the ladies I dealt with provided a refund as we felt the quality was not on par with price paid. Things like this can happen at any takeout place, but it was appreciated to be taken care of when an issue with order quality did come up. Please fix your online ordering so the pizza toppings match what you list in your menu.

I love this place but have stopped ordering from them much anymore. I order through the doordash app and they consistently miss items on the orders. Tonight for instance, I order 1 spaghetti and 2 lasagna. Got 1 of each. Don't order from here unless you are going to pick it up or someone in your house will be going hungry! Also asked for utensils to be included...and got NONE.

First at all I love the pizza and this is second time I went back today. I ordered 2 pizzas on the menu I expect to buy one and get second 50% off as menu says (applies to all pizzas). I show to the staff I want to order the pick up special pizza and the staff poorly explains to me the second 50% off only apply to premium pizzas only. So I got charged for regular price for two. I was confused.
I wasnt too happy for the service, because when I ask how come I didn't get the second for 50% off, the staff respond back bcuz both pizza i order is already on special, how can u get 2nd one for discount

New owners have made this pizza place bad. Used to be one of my favourite pizza places to eat. Pizzas use to have lots of cheese,tomato sauce and toppings. Now I find their pizzas have little cheese and toppings. As well last 2 times I ordered I used their takeout menu and prices have increased but they do not tell you price is more till you get the bill. Last time I ordered 3 small specialty pizzas for $27 from takeout menu. The lady at store said I would have to order 3 mediums as they could not make small. So I thought price would be $32 as said on takeout menu. But when I got there they said

I have been coming to this location for about a year and have consistently been impressed by the service. The toppings are always fresh and plentiful and the thickness of the dough is perfect ( you don't just taste dough).
The owner made our pizza the last time I was in and it was delicious (chicken pesto). He is personable and friendly and uses quality ingredients.
They recently changed the layout inside to open things up- I love how you can see part of the kitchen and your pizza coming out of the oven:)

I went to pickup my order of two medium pizzas. Greeted by the owner who was also busy preparing other pizzas. Had a nice chat with the gentleman whom I found personable and friendly. I found the pizza was made with good quality, fresh ingredients. Prices were fair. I highly recommend papa Joe's for fresh, affordable, delicious pizza.

My go-to spot for pizza take out. was craving for some pizza and this is one of my favorite pizza place I would order from. I didn't order it this time, but their lasagna is one of the best I've had. Price is cheap and good quality. ordered the Monday-Wednesday special Large house special pizza for only 13.99. would definitely order from there again.

We were introduced to Papa Joes pizza in early 2017 and it became our go to pizza location. I believe recently the establishment was sold, since then we have ordered twice and the pizza is just not the same...Our experience both times has been bland, soggy and damp. If i had reviewed with the previous owners, I would have given a 5 star. I think I will give it some time before I retry Papa Joes...hopefully then it will be perfect!

This is by far the best pizza place around! We were introduced to this place by our family and I'm so glad we were. There is nothing I would change.....well, maybe be closer to where I live ;). That really doesn't matter as I will make the trip for this pizza. The sauce, the homemade cheese, WOW! Even served cold the next day is awesome. You don't get that "plastic cheese" taste like you do with others. You can taste the quality and the care that is put into every pizza. The staff really take pride in their job and it shows by the stellar customer service!!!.
