Kam Wire E.D.M. Technologies was founded in 1999 by Mike Condon (President). Kam's business then was wire EDM cutting. From there over the years it has progressed to a full service machine shop which includes reverse engineering, designing, CNC machining, fabrication and fixture manufacturing and medical components.
Specializing in die components, mould components, specialized items and 4 axis wire cutting. With 5 wire edm machines and 2 shifts at our disposal along with the ability to cut up to 16.5 inches/ 420mm in height, we are able to meet your tight deadline projects. Our high angle taperflex system allows us to cut angles up to 35 degrees very accurately.
Kam uses state of the art technology using a high definition white light camera to reverse engineer any object with an accuracy of "+/- 0.001". This is an accurate way of reproducing parts where a cad model is not available or does not match the existing part. Applications include but not limited to the automotive, medical, aerospace, mining, sculpture industries.
With an assortment of manual machines to complement the CNC department, Kam is able to process all your projects from design to finished product including heat treating, polishing and coating. We also specialize is assemblies, die components, 1 off parts, weld fixtures, CNC machining fixtures and jigs.
