Although we specialize in the automotive, aviation, fabricating and polishing industries, we also service a variety of others including welding, wood-working, and many others.
Surface Conditioning material consists of several components which generate the product's level of performance. The non-woven material enables aggressive cutting action while naturally maintaining a cooler performing tool. Surface Conditioning products provide a consistent cut rate, satin finish, added flexibility and maintain a durable edge while providing the highest level of stock removal.
Coated Abrasives are an abrasive grain bonded to a flexible substrate using adhesives. All coated abrasives are created by using a backing, a grain and a binder. Bonded Abrasives are used for deburring, sharpening, shaping, and removing surface materials such as metals, paints, plastics and glass. Bonded abrasives are made by abrasive grains containing of a mixture of ceramic, resin, glass, clay, rubber or other binders. Buffing and polishing products are used to refine your work piece. Whether you are grinding, polishing, buffing, lapping, cutting down or colouring your work piece, buffing wheels and buffing compounds are used to perfect the outcome. Buffing wheels are used as a sanding block to carry the buffed particles across the surface in order to cut and colour as well as generate sufficient frictional heat that burnishes the surface.
