The Sider Bros were recommended to us when we were looking to renovate and expand the footprint of our home. After doing a fantastic job on our home, we hired them again a few years later to tear down and rebuild our garage and the attached apartment. Their fine craftsmanship and attention to detail are some of the greatest attributes you obtain when working with the Sider Bros.
This Lake Erie dream home was inspired by all-things Nantucket, from the wood shaker shingles on the exterior to the natural stone and wood elements infused throughout the interior. This custom home was designed around family-living, with enough space for everyone to gather and a few private retreats to hide away.
This grand home boasts custom finishes around every corner. Primary spaces and transitional rooms were carefully considered and meticulously designed to maximize form and function. A showcase of our finest millwork, this home features many of our sought-after finishes including beadboard, shiplap, coffered and v-match ceilings, and custom cabinetry throughout.
Gorgeous lakefront views are the focal point of every room in this custom home; views which inspired the homeowners to bring tasteful nautical influences indoors. A custom, lighthouse newel post, complete with nautical lamp, is a surprising highlight as you make the turn up a light and bright, wood-planked staircase.

They finished our basement and remodeled our kitchen and living room, and we could not be more pleased with the experience and the finished product. We are very pleased with Sider Brothers extensive restoration of our Victorian lake house. There were many unique construction challenges associated with the restoration and Shawn always came up with excellent solutions.
Several different crews worked on the project and they have all been very pleasant, efficient, flexible, and honest. When working inside the house, they were very considerate.

35 Years ago Lorry and I purchased a summer home on the Canadian Lakeshore. It was a 70 year old home that was indeed a "Fixer upper". At that time we decided to start a renovation and our architect suggested we contact Sider Brothers. Carlton and Leonard soon came on board as our contractors. I remember Carlton often bringing his youngest son Shawn, to assist his him and his brother Wayne tin helping us with normal maintenance on our lawn. In over 35 years the Sider Brothers have been the only contractor we have ever used. Besides our own home, they have built our pool, pool house, our son's house
