Before coming for your first visit you need to give us a call from 8:30 am-4:30 pm, at 204-788-5715 from Monday to Friday to schedule an appointment. Dr Kerr's office assistant will get your personal information to add your name to the Manitoba Clinic electronic system, in this way we have full access to your chart and Dr Kerr can communicate with your physician.
Dr. Kerr for many years was authorized to treat MPI patients by "The Personal Injury Protection Plan" (PIPP) that reimburses them for medical expenses incurred because of an accident. But since summer / 2019 they cancelled MPI coverages to all registered acupuncturists and TCM Dr in Manitoba. Because they always had in their policies that only professions that are REGULATED in MANITOBA should be accepted by them to give their clients treatments.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism
They need to find a better receptionist. She does not know how to communicate and keeping saying about rules and not explain probably the reasons. Also when you ask, she just said it is the rules, not "welcome" not friendly. Disappointing as it might be driving patients away

I've been going here for a few years and Dr. Kerr has helped with my endometriosis pain so much. If I've having a bad pain flare, I just know I have to see her right away and often then pain is gone by the next day. Living with endometriosis, this pain does not just go away on it's own. Dr. Kerr is very friendly and respectful. I highly recommend seeing her.

I have a hard time (fear) with needles but always heard about all the benefits acupuncture can offer. I researched and wanted somebody professional and experienced so I found dr. Kerr. who clearly knows what she is doing. She helped me out (needles make me want to faint) and I trust her skills. Don’t settle for less if you want results see somebody like dr. Kerr :)

Dr. Kerr is amazing!!! 9 years of fertility dr's, countless pills, injections and blood tests all frustratingly unsuccessful... Then one glorious day last September, Dr. Kerr came into my life and with a couple months of weekly treatments, we were pregnant by December without ANY pills or injections! I highly recommend Dr. Kerr for this and so many other reasons as I have a number of friends and family members now that see her regularly! We can't thank you enough Dr. Kerr!!!
