If you are not completely satisfied with the printing, simply let us know and we will reprint your order to correct the issue. Services
We use UPS and Fedex for our shipping. If you are outside of our free shipping area you will be contacted in order to make arrangements. Daily production cut off is 11:00 am. Orders placed after this time will still have the artwork checked the same day, but will generally be put into production on the next business day.
Why make payment before uploading files? We do this for your online security purposes only. We also review all orders and if there are ever an issues, we will either try to fix it ourselves or let you know what needs to be done. If for any reason the issue cannot be corrected, then we can offer you design services to re-create what you need or we can offer a full refund.

Unfortunately, their website asks for billing information in the delivery information panel, and then asks for billing information separately. That led to my package being sent to another state. Then it took way longer than promised by Montreal Printing to arrive to a location in Montreal(!). So what was supposed to be a fairly quick simple job, was screwed up by poor web design. Customer service has been good, but result was - I spent a trade show without a banner.

I was in a hurry to get a banner done for an event we had for one of our clients 514Reptiles. We ordered it 1 week prior to the event and chose the express option.
Before ordering I called to make sure everything was ok. The man who answered the phone was super nice to advise me what I needed to make sure my print comes out as asked.
Then he transferred me to the design department to ensure that everything is going to go smoothly. I received it on the day promised. And they had it just in time for the show!

At first I was impressed by their friendly suggestions and I ordered a poster and metal frame as a rush job. It never arrived. Was delivered to a completely different location, tracked it down, but then it had to go back to the distribution center... three days after I needed it, I still did not have the item. I'm told they spent hours and hours on the phone with the delivery company, but I have no way of really knowing for sure. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star because at least they refunded my purchase without having to ask. I don't enjoy giving bad reviews but when a rush job never arrives the

I dropped in at their location in person and indicated I was working on a tight deadline and needed the displays done ASAP. René took the time to sit down with me, walked me through my options, and made sure we had all the details worked out before I left. I elected to use their design services and had a mock up from Tim by the end of the same day. Picked up the displays the next day and they look amazing.
On top of this, I had to pause
