Opened first in 1951, the owners Mary and Vic Campbell started making concrete blocks and bricks. As the local beaches began to open up, precast products seemed like the logical next step. Septic tanks, burial vaults, well tile and patio stones were the main products of the day. During the 90's, Wyevale Precast was born, this being primarily a custom precast company.

As mandatory inspections come into effect across the province, easy access to your septic tank is important. Wyevale Concrete manufactures riser kits for our own tanks as well as other manufacturers. The photo above is a universal riser. Our New Do-it-Yourself Septic Access Riser Kits will allow you to put away the old shovel.
These may be the most environmentally important products we make. Everyone poops. As the world's water supply becomes more and more threatened, cleaning up what we use to push our waste around is vital. Gone are the days when we bury it and forget it. Wyevale Concrete septic tanks range from 3600 litres (800 gal.) to 9000 litres (2000 gal.) and are designed to minimize the movement of solids from the primary chamber to the leaching field.
Where a whole septic system is not possible a holding tank may be required. Unlike a septic tank that digests and separates our waste, these only hold waste and water. Frequent and expensive pump outs are needed here. These are available from 3600 litres (800 gal.) to 9000 litres (2000 gal.) Generally municipalities have minimum requirements for holding tank use.
Catch Basins - By modifying old well tile moulds, we are able to make small residential catch basins. Although not municipal grade, they are great to handle rain water runoff from eave troughs, surface gutters and small parking lots. They work well with our precast gutter drains. These can be made with or without bottoms.
You want to get that boat in the water, but it's not always that easy. Wyevale Concrete Launch Ramps are typically 150 mm (6) thick, but can be made up to 200 mm for wider applications. With a run of 1525 mm (5') each, we can follow the natural contours of most shore lines. Panels are connected together with heavy cable for flexibility, suitable for marina or cottage use.
