I have been going to Ideal Computer Technologyfor everything to do with computers for about 20 years and have always received excellent service and advice with respect to fixing problems with computers as well as what to look for when buying new ones. Most recently I was able to dispose of 3 old computers, securely, cheaply and efficiently!

Right at the beginning of Covid-19 my computer crashed and broke down. I immediately contacted Ideal Computer Technology Ltd,, the company I have used and trusted for several years. I was fortunate to find Young Kim, the company president, still working at his desk. After looking over my computer, he advised me that it was old and not worth repair. As all the stores were closed due to the virus pandemic - Young Kim, seeing my predicament, was very kind to lend me one of his computers to see how I liked the model. We started working with Ideal Computer in 2017 during a time when our company was growing and we felt we needed professional help to keep our systems operating. They have done a number of projects for us, most remotely, but a few on site, from ‘setting up a computer’ for a staff member to a complete rewire of the office, and set up of an internal server and VPN. All projects have been handled with professionalism, and within budget. We currently utilize Ideal Computer as our trusted ‘IT department’ and our staff have access to their IT hotline for a monthly fee. We have been very pleased
