To be honest I wasn’t happy with the hidden surprises when my claim was settled. I believe their cut was 25% which was agreed and fine. But they surprised me with I believe 14 k in “paper work and documents” so what I got back was less than 50% and when I asked the assistant it was like take this. Just be happy you got that much. That was back in… like 2017 or 2018 and still stings me. A friend of mine who she went with a different lawyer had not only amazing communication, but settled and she didn’t have these surprising documentation fees like I did. I’d say
