Custom ordered arrangement for our 25th wedding anniversary. Had a list of flowers that were in my wife’s original wedding bouquet, including many uncommon selections. Brant was able to accommodate the vast majority of those flowers, had great communication, and in the end, the arrangement was exactly what I hoped for and blew my wife away. Was costly, but given the unique arrangement and customized options, worth every penny.

Brant Florist always make beautiful arrangements. This year I ordered a Christmas centerpiece and asked for them to change the ribbon to pink so it would match better with my mom’s house. they changed the whole colour scheme to be pink and silver which was beautiful and just perfect for my mom’s pink Christmas table runner. It really made her table perfect. She was thrilled. They always use great quality flowers and greenery- so fresh! Thank you!

Thank you so much for delivering the beautiful carnations to my elderly aunt. She's been stuck at home throughout the holidays because of the pandemic and the bad weather, so she's pretty lonely these days. I submitted an order on Sunday and accepted the terms that stated they may not be able to deliver until Tuesday, though the requested date was Monday, as Monday was a special anniversary. Brant Florist went the extra mile and delivered on Monday. The dish garden is lovely and the recipient was very appreciative and pleased. The florist also sent an email letting me know when the delivery was made. I responded with an email, and the florist even answered that one quickly. I am very pleased with them, and would highly recommend them!

I ordered birthday flowers for my mom on the 27th to be delivered on the 28th. The flowers never arrived and I did not receive any correspondence that the order would be late. They were closed on the 29th and on the morning of the 30th I received a call saying that the local florist that the order had been contracted out to was waiting for their flower delivery and that the order would not be delivered until the morning of the 31st. My mom received a phone call on the 31st saying she needed to come pick up her flower delivery(!?) that was over 20 miles away. Today, on

Their policy clearly states they will knock/ring doorbell, take a few steps back and wait for recipient to accept arrangement. That did not happen! My Mother-In-Law discovered her arrangement THE NEXT DAY - UNACCEPTABLE! I certainly expected more for a $20+ delivery fee. You have lost my business.....

What a disappointment! On April 13, I searched online for a florist that would deliver to Rio Vista, CA, and found this florist's website, which repeatedly states that they deliver to Rio Vista. I requested a delivery for 4/15 (two days later). They accepted the request and said the delivery would be on 4/15 or 4/16. I paid via PayPal and received an email confirmation.

I HATE ordering flowers online!!! I have had horrible experiences with 1-800-Flowers, so I ordered directly from a local florist in Texas. I picked the arrangement because of the colors (purples) and the wrap inside the square vase. As I've always loved the product this business provides, I decided to give them another chance and used them last November to send flowers to a friend in Henderson Hospital in Hamilton. The flowers were beautiful and the delivery went off without a hitch. I was really pleased and made a mental note to update this review.

Love these folks. They did our wedding flowers, and did a really fantastic job, even with our fairly nontraditional requests (and went /way/ above and beyond with our buttonieres, which were truly stunning). It wasn't an especially large order, but they treated us like we were their biggest customers.
We also regularly use them for sending flowers, and they have a really nice wide selection - not just twenty colours of roses, iris, gerbera daisies and carnations like you get in some shops. Flowers from them also last a good long time, which I appreciate (hate spending the $$ for fresh flowers
