PFC is a medium sized company, producing every piece we sell in our Winnipeg facility. We offer small run production with reasonably quick turnaround time, and include those difficult, if not impossible to source special sizes for a moderate surcharge, dependent on pattern availability. For additional costs, we will make a pattern and single units to specification.

Yes, they're great in communicating in English...Although, that's is all they're great at. A colleague of mine made the mistake of using this company for creating 1 sample shirt. They had a mutual agreement for the shirt to be completed within 5 weeks because it was "busy season". That was in July of 2020, it is now December 23rd and nothing has been completed. I advise all considering clients to avoid this company by any means. Empty promises but great at speaking English (referring to the first review). Save your time, money, and energy and keep googling.
