We started our business growing potted trees and shrubs and working with small landscaping crews. Since then, we have been able to grow our company to better serve our southern Alberta community.

So happy with the work Pinnacle Plants & Contracting did in our yard! We needed a job to be done within a certain timeline, (a pad for a hot tub arriving in the next month) and they were able to come quickly and do the job perfectly! The team not only did the job well, but they were professional and courteous (they cleaned up the job site even better then it was when they arrived). Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company. The customer service is terrible. In April 2020 we requested a quote for a small landscape project to be completed on our farm. A fellow from Pinnacle came out to our farm and discussed options, measured and advised us he would send us a quote via email within a few days. He also advised us the… job could not be completed until mid June due to other projects that they had lined up. All seemed fine. After a week or so of waiting for our quote, we called the office to see when it would be sent. The office girl said she would get the worker

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Pinnacle. I purchased trees through them a couple years ago, they have all been super healthy and have grown very well. And just recently, we had a 9ft by 16ft pad put into my backyard for a hot tub. Pinnacle was not only on time and on budget, but totally delivered on the quality of workmanship that we expect. I could not be happier. Highly recommended.
