Dr. Stephen Mansour has been providing excellent orthodontic care to the Regina area for over 20 years. Dr. Mansour was born in Massachusetts and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Tufts University in 1975. He then graduated from the University of Pennsylvania dental school in 1980, where he was the president of their honor society.
