We needed a few technical issues (OneDrive and network scanning) sorted out at our office and they looked after all of it, either remotely or coming into the office to work on it. Everybody we dealt with was very professional, communicated well and were a pleasure to deal with. We'd definitely use Clear Concepts again for future IT needs.

When it was time to update my work systems, I contacted Rob Ryder at Clear Concepts. Rob made ordering a new computer system fast and easy. I am so happy with the products he suggested.

Right from the initial meeting, I was treated unprofessionally. I felt like I was always dealing with a 'used car salesman'.
Michael and his senior staffer almost laughed out loud when I informed them that I was able to run a successful medical practice, and EMR, without any IT for 5+ years using Mac.
As I needed to switch to PC (sadly) for cyber security reasons and new EMR, I was advised to use Clear concepts. This was some of the worst advice I have ever been given!
It was a huge struggle for them to deliver any product within a reasonable timeframe. They had significant troubles differentiating

Been using Clear Concepts for a year now, and there isn't much better service you can ask for. They have an automated back-end that makes sure both you and CC are getting the info they need, so I always know where my job is at.
They have also gone above and beyond in offering up new ideas, and providing a lot of value with an ongoing web series and seminars to help us learn about all of the 365 apps we have. Definitely recommend.
