My husband and I called Roger to view a home in Sydney that was just listed. He asked if we were pre approved, to which we replied yes, even though we were cash buyers. He told us there were 3 viewing this am and he would call back to book an appt after 1130. He never called back. I guess 3 viewing was all the work he was willing to put into this property for the home owners. Poor service, hope the home owners get what they want because we were serious, we had cash, and were willing to pay over asking if necessary.
