AFG Food Equipment provides 24/h, 365 day a year service certified, factory trained technicians and staff.
At AFG we understand the importance of your day to day operation and realize the importance of having your equipment operating to manufacture specifications at all times. We offer various Preventive Maintenance Programs (PMP) in order to help keep your commercial kitchen equipment functioning properly.
Our Canadian service network is factory trained and completely authorized to handle all of your commercial kitchen equipment parts and service needs. Our trained staff screen all incoming service calls or service emails to verify if a service call is actually required. Our dispatchers are available to solve problems over the phone such as service error code translation or verification of proper equipment operation.
AFG manages distribution programs for major Chains customers as well as manufactures across Canada. Our inventory management practices are essential to ensure stock availability and control carrying costs. AFG is compliant with UCC labeling and pallet identification guidelines. We specializes in the labeling and re-packaging of product shipped from Europe and the USA to meet the standardized requirements enforced in Canada.
