I ordered my grandmothers prescription 4 days ago. Before heading to the pharmacy I took it upon myself to call 6 hours ahead of time . Where it was brought to my attention by the pharmacy assistant, that they had no knowledge of the prescription refill. Fine ! so i gave the refill again, I then arrived six hours later to only one refill done which still had to be checked and approve and the second refill not even documented. I then explained to both the pharmacist and his assistant, that i had already called in the refill not ONCE, OR TWICE BUT THREE TIMES! As a health care work myself I must

My experience at Provincial Pharmacy has never been anything less than phenomenal. The service here is always prompt and courteous and they really respect their customer’s privacy. Robin and his team have gone out of their way to help me on numerous occasions; from staying late to opening early, they make every effort they can to make sure your needs are taken care of. I highly recommend Provincial Pharmacy to everyone I know.
