The technicians sent were very professional, however I was not informed beforehand that 2 technicians would be needed to complete the job I hired them for and this ended up being an additional $254.00 in unanticipated costs. Along with that, the mark-up on their parts pricing was over 30% over retail. I emailed Glen to ask him to make customers aware of all additional apprentice and materials costs, he called me to discuss but he averted the discussion about informing customers of how many technicians will be showing up. Great techs but horrible customer service

Summary - great job and team was professional and friendly. Called on a Monday morning and they were able to have someone there in a few hours (I live in the real world). Had a clogged drain that I had tried to snake with no success. The crew sent worked until the clog was cleared and cleaned up so well I could only tell they had been here by the drain working again!

Glen and donn are very knowledgeable and professional. We woke up this morning to our basement flooded. Donn came out and changed out our sump pump. The bill was reasonable and we are finally drying up our basement. Donn is always kind and easy to talk to. Thank you Glenn and donn for such wonderful service.
