Services
We require payment at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, all major credit cards, and Interac debit cards. We also work with PetCard Veterinary Financing to finance veterinary procedures with no down payments and low interest financing. Unfortunately, due to a large number of past unpaid bills, we are unable to provide in-clinic payment plans or accept postdated cheques.
At Camrose Veterinary Hospital we provide emergency care during and after office hours. Additionally, we have a veterinarian available to talk to you 24 hours a day, every day, on an on-call basis. If you have an after-hours emergency, or if you are not sure if your animal can wait until regular business hours, please call (780) 672-3171.
Camrose Veterinary Hospital offers comprehensive veterinary services for dogs; cats; small companion pets; exotics; and equine, bovine, and small ruminants. We have the skill and experience to provide high quality veterinary services both at the clinic or your farm. Wellness care-Routine wellness care, including vaccinations, nutritional counseling, and permanent pet identification.
Camrose Veterinary Hospital offers veterinary dentistry services for dogs, cats, and horses. Keeping your pet's teeth clean is an important aspect of their overall wellness. Serious and costly health problems can result from inadequate dental care, and catching oral issues early ensures the best possible outcome for your pet.
Camrose Veterinary Hospital is very pleased to provide our clients with behaviour consultations by Dr. Copland. We strive to foster the bond between you and your pet and understand the stress associated with behavioural problems. The behavioural consultation is designed to identify the source of the behavioural issue and design a treatment solution to improve your pet's quality of life.

Critical: Professionalism, Reliability, Responsiveness
No emergency service whatsoever. Don't bother calling after hours, just head straight for the emergency clinic in Sherwood Park or Edmonton. They really should just stick to treating farm animals. Would give zero stars if it were possible.

I've been utilizing this vet clinic for about 10 years. I'm very impressed with the service they provide. Fees/costs are reasonable. Staff are excellent.

We've been taking our dog and 3 cats here for whatever they've needed (thankfully only check-up's/shots/spayed) but the staff and Vets are great! They answer any questions and explain things very well.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They refused to treat my dog in an emergency situation after she ingested mouse poison while visiting my mom's house. I was forced to rush her an hour and a half away to get her seen by another vetinarian. Absolutely disgusting, do not recommend!!!

We have had great experiences here in the past. However, this time around we have found that the service was not great. We have had to call numerous times for the same issue without hearing anything back. While I understand it can be busy, the issue with my dog is quite serious. It would have been nicer to see better communication and faster response time to our issues.
