These guys are simply cheaters. They sold me Nissan Rogue with a problematic engine. When I noticed an engine sound, they said its just engine cooling. Fast forward 2 months, oil started leaking and now they ask 4000$ to just check engine. My luck was bad because I had to shop with them. Finding me as old lady, they cheated me 10000$. Very bad. I was dealing with John and Monica. Very bad people.

Horrible company, went in Saturday to see an audi they had for sale. I loved the car, told cam the sale guy that I had a budget to spend. We worked out a deal that I could afford. Great, I decided I wanted to come back with my mechanic to overlook the vehicle. Made an appointment for today (Monday), because Sunday they were closed for easter!!!… Monday (today) I show up with the money (Cheque) to purchase the vehicle Not finance!!! Buying car right out!!! During Coronavirus: this dealership was extremely helpful. Dimitri looked up a discrepancy in the Carfax report for me, explained the whole situation and did the research and due diligence. He made it very easy for me with online deposits, pictures of the undercarriage, replacing missing bolts and was super professional. He didn't defer to my husband when we were there to pick it up and I really appreciate that because it was my vehicle and he had been dealing with me all along. Scams!!!!!Never ever trust these people in buying cars from them!!!!
We bought a car from them almost a year ago. They said the car was never in accident, the engine was recently change for a new one, and also provided safety documents. After 4 months the breaks stopped working right on a highway when our son was driving. Our mechanics said the bolts on the back breaks were not tight and got lost. So they put our life's in danger! And when I called and said about the situation the Carline people said they do not care as their warranty has expire in one month after the purchase.

I purchased a C300 Mercedes from carline. When I picked up the vehicle my sales person was not present and the car was dirty. Not a great first impression.
