I had submitted a request online for a pre approval . I received a response from Richard Quelle. I submitted all requested documentation (pay stubs, job letter, copy of drivers license) on the Friday. Monday, I get an email from him asking to confirm if I am seeking a pre approval. This should have been my first sign… that this wouldn’t go well. After he asks me for my downpayment amount, he then tells me that if a property is too cheap it’s probably for a bad reason etc. I thanked him for that bit of advice then asked him how long it will take to get

I would not recommend them to anyone. Lack of investigating very important information to lack of communication. Many errors on paperwork which caused delays. Lost time at work and there was ZERO communication from the broker as to what the issues were. Honestly if there is an error on behalf of a company they should first communicate it and second try to work with you to rectify it. The agent did none of the above and we found out about the error when we went to sign paperwork. Blatant incompetence was shown. Not impressed.
