T-Bay Movers were booked for a pack and local move. This move was to take place on April 19 of 2017. Yes this was a number of years ago but due to anger I was not willing to make a comment I might have regretted. To make a very long story short. This company was a no show with no notification. A mad scramble to find last minute help for the move resulted in extra costs, damaged items due to having to rush once help was obtained. Mr. Kuhne, the president of the company did nothing to try and make any of this right. I absolutely dread anytime a delivery comes from a local business and T-Bay movers

T-Bay Movers moved my furniture on June 29. Cheryl, the office manager, responded to my calls and emails promptly and confirmed move prior to the date. They arrived on time, were courteous and efficient. Didn't waste any time and moved me under the time quoted. They went above and beyond what I expected. Took apart my table and re-assembled it in new place without damaging it. They were good-natured even when carrying a heavy sofa bed up stairs. I highly recommend this moving company.

It was like the Beverly hillbilly's kidnaped the movers, stole their truck and took over the move.
Showed up an hour late, misinformed about what it is they were moving and argued with me, didn't bother to wrap or cover ANY of my furniture, then suggested I rent a steam cleaner to take care of all the dirt left on my 2 yr old white sectional sofa that they basically mopped my floors with. Seriously the most disrespectful and unprofessional experience and disgusting customer service. I would not recommend them to my dog, end of story.

I recently used Tbay Movers and I am still upset from the nightmare of an experience it was. I will spare the details, but the owner of this company is condescending and did nothing but deny his mistakes. Terrible customer service on behalf of the owner and I do not recommend this company to anybody and urge you to look elsewhere. Accidents happen but the way the owner dealt with the situation was appalling. Never in my life have I been talked to by a business owner in this manner. DO NOT USE TBAY MOVERS.

We had purchased a couple of big appliances from STORE B, and they use this company as their deliverer. We were told a delivery of one week (arrival on Tuesday at the house), there was no call or notice. We called T Bay movers, and we dont exist in the system. We go to the store they say we are in system but cant deliver till next day. (so now a day late from agreed arrival time.) So next day we have to repeat call T Bay phone number to finally get a response for them to say they will show up in evening. NO SHOW NO CALL NO RETURN CALL, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. The service and price was outstanding from the first phone call, a great quote to the movers coming on time and delivering my furniture efficiently.
