There seems to have been a problem with everything from the start. From the lady who never answered my initial email request for an estimate to the receptionist giving me grief over an incorrect bill. The management, service manager & technician were all professional in their manner speaking with me. Problems were with things like several appointment times & days changed without notice for the install. This was annoying especially when personal appointments were changed each time to accommodate it & just waiting is SO annoying. How about my new sodded blvd being torn up from the van being backed

Recently, I got two garage doors and an opener replaced by Gagnon Overhead Door Ltd. Their price was competitive, the installation was done quickly and professionally. Everything looks good an functions well. Office staff were always pleasant to deal with and installation staff courteous and left the site in a very clean state -- no complaints! Very satisfied!

We have some doors that had failing windows. Issue was from factory not due to install. The team at Gagnon has been amazing. Slow during covid due to back log but called me proactively to advise and schedule. The team they had show up could not have been nicer and were professional to a tee. Amazing company to deal with and recommend for any work needed. Thank you so much, well done.

I have having a problem with my garage door. I called and provided details of my issue. Later in the I was contacted to secure a time for the service. The gentlemen arrived as scheduled and were very professional. They quickly evaluated the situation and provided me with a detailed explanation of the work needed and costs. If I agreed the service would be completed right then. I inquired about other options and costs and determined that the best solution would be to replace the door and its infrastructure. They obtained a cost estimate why was emailed in minutes from their office. We exchanged
