Brian Wood is a graduate of the University of Alberta Law School and was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1978. Brian was joined by John Wiebe in 1980 and, together, they formed Wood & Wiebe; a successful law partnership that proudly served Bonnyville and the greater Lakeland area. John Wiebe retired from the practice of law in 2016.
Todd Munday commenced his articles in the year 2000 with Schnell Hardy Jones LLP in Red Deer, Alberta. In 2004 Todd relocated to the Lakeland area to practice law.
Todd Munday's law practice currently includes Corporate/Commercial, Employment, Family, Oil/Gas Surface Rights, Real Estate, Child and Family Service matters (for the Crown), Wills and Estate Planning, Estate Administration/Probate, Estate Litigation, Civil Litigation and Personal Injury law.In addition to the practice of law, Todd Munday previously owned an oil and gas service company.

I have spoke with Todd Munday after being evacuated from Fort Mac and recently for another matter. Both times Mr Munday was considerate, professional in a way even I understood lol wasn't all talk in legal terms , he was compassionate to both situations . I can relate to the issue of "cant afford the service" but I swear he is more than worth every $ !!!!! Todd youre a wonderful lawyer but more importantly you truly care for people . God Bless

Todd Munday is the best lawyer in the Lakeland, hands down. If you’re from Cold Lake, do yourself a favour and make the drive to Bonnyville to deal with him directly. I’ve used Todd for 6 real estate deals and counting. Always a great experience, and I highly recommend him. I’m divorced, so I’ve had involvement with other firms in the area. I speak from experience when I say he is the best, don’t waste your money on the rest! You can’t put a price on integrity.
