Unbelievably unhygienic! The tables were sticky and dirty, the toilets were vile - on par with a public beach toilet. We had to order our food online which was super slow, then the wait for the food was super long. Most of our order was sitting on the side (they must of been waiting for other parts to be cooked) so by the time it eventually got to us, we had cold chips and barely warm pizza. The pizza was undercooked and one was inedible. Not once did any staff come and check on us. No service here whatsoever, we would have been better off ordering a takeaway. Food was ok, but have to order your own food on a mobile phone. I prefer some interaction when going out to eat. On top of getting your own salad and drinks, might as well stay indoors and order a take away. Won't be returning to any pizza hut. Only interaction with staff is when they bring hot food to you. Not an enjoyable experience at all. You also get the option to tip the staff but they don't actually do anything to earn a tip.

You have to have a smart phone with you to order at Pizza Hut at the moment. This is the only way you can order the food and pay. The benefit of this is, when you have finished you can just up and leave.
I'm sure that this has had an effect on the tips given as all the waiting staff is bring you your food and tidy away. Other than that there is no interaction between staff and customers.
Although hard to spot, when you see the mistake with the letters you'll find it annoying.

The new ordering system online through your own phone is a joke, where you don't receive any service apart from bringing the food out to you, (I assume for social distancing reasons, even though restrictions have been dropped and like I said the food is brought out to your table anyway), also with very limited expensive deals, has totally ruined the pizza hut experience, might aswell just be a delivery and takeaway service only. Also staff seem to be allergic to collecting dirty plates and cutlery and we had to ask 3 times for our dessert to be brought out. 2 stars because the food however was

Absolutely could not fault the service, the manger guided us through what we needed to do with ordering and making sure my partner had no cheese on her pizza. The pizza's tasted amazing and could not fault the taste and quality of them in anyway. The only disappointment was the quality of the chips and for the price was a let down.
