A general contractor is responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment and services necessary for the construction of the project. Many times our homes may require remodeling work or some additional space to accommodate us. PDG is here to cater to all your needs with ease. With the professional design services at Polcan Design Group, we help you get your home designed just the way you always wanted it to be.
The team at PDG is made up of Carpenters, Labourers, Office and bookkeeping CAD Operators and Designers. In addition to our staff, we work with a full array of sub-contractors. The cost of building a house is as individual as the homeowner themselves, many factors influence price such as; price, location, how much work you do yourself, etc. Requirements for permit vary from municipality to municipality. Polcan Design Group did a wonderful job on the joists in our new house! It was easy to communicate with them, ironing out the details and timeline; they were able to work with us and do the job while we were away. The crew did a great job and cleaned up after they were done. We came home to a safer house, and I can't thank them enough!
