We recently purchased a RV from Sylvan Lake RV. We are very happy with the purchase and impressed with the service. We were out of the country when we saw the RV on line. Camilla spent a couple hours doing an online walk thru of the unit with us. She assured us everything was working or would be repaired. It was a month before we could get to… Alberta to test drive the RV, with a minimal down payment they held it until we could view it. Upon viewing the RV we were happy with it, finding only a few items that needed fixing and to be honest many of those items were picked out by the RV tech

I took my Motor Home here for warranty work, when the unit was there, they told me they got a rock in the Rad in their yard and it was leaking. They had to Drop the rad and was told warranty will cover most of it, and it did.
Upon Picking up my motor home, I noticed the fan wouldn't quit but was told to just keep an eye on it. I took the unit… from Sylvan Lake RV to my heated storage for the winter. Took It out of storage May Long weekend, and noticed anti freeze on the floor.
I called sylvan lake RV to tell them this and they told me to bring it in when it was convenient. It was not a large

I recommend sylvan lake rv because when we went to set up our camper at Lakewood golf course, we had a huge leak in the hot water tank. I called lee and he said bring it in and he will fix it. Lee is an amazing service guy, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to go the extra mile for someone he doesn’t even know. I believe that customer service is… so important especially when dealing with catastrophes that we accidentally caused ourselves. Thank you lee and your team for being here to help us and doing the very very very best you could even though we had some hiccups!!! I feel EVERYONE

We recently purchased a 5th wheel from Sylvan Lake RV and although we have not had a chance to travel with it yet (other than home), we were very happy with the entire experience. Becoming new RV owners can be extremely daunting but from Sales to Services the staff at Sylvan lake RV were all top notch and we could not be happier with our decision to make our purchase through them.

This central Alberta business nows features a new line of 2011 Creekside Trailers.
A neighbor just bought one and is so anxious to get out camping when the weather warms up.Today, it is -25C-COLD.
He went to the RV shows in Red Deer, and was most impressed with the RV he purchased right in his own back yard of Sylvan Lake.
Then he tells me, he also gets a Free trip to Las Vegas-so his parents will be watching the kids during their winter escape. Wow, seems like a great deal to me.
