Services
We value our pet patients and aim to provide the highest standard of care. With services ranging from routine wellness exams to spay and neuter surgery, our veterinary health professionals can meet your pet's medical needs. Below are some of the many services and procedures that we perform on a regular basis - with the utmost concern for pet wellness and safety.
In providing general pet medicine, our veterinary staff is capable of diagnosing and treating a variety of pet medical needs. Our approach to diagnostic and therapeutic services is meant to allow you and your pet increased comfort while maintaining confidence that you are in capable hands. At our veterinary office, we take corresponding safety precautions and observe all sanitation standards.
Even the most responsible pet owner could leave the garage door open or forget to close the gate, resulting in a lost pet. Microchipping your pet could be the difference between having your pet returned and not being able to find them. The pet microchip technology continues to evolve.

Currently, microchip implants are designed to last the extent of your pet's life and are also composed of biocompatible elements that can coexist with your pet's body tissues without causing harm.Microchips help animal shelters avoid the unnecessary expense of boarding an animal that belongs to a loving home.
Nutrition, including controlling your pet's weight, seriously affects pet health. Weight management is one of the most critical factors in maintaining pet health. Giving your pet unlimited access to food (free feeding) is one of the worst things you can do. During a routine exam, we can discuss the exact amount of food to add or subtract from your pet's diet based on breed, activity level, and current weight.
Our goal is to nurture happy, healthy pets. Our preventative program relies on the cooperation between pet-owner, pet, and our physicians to communicate and work as a team. To maintain essential pet health, we recommend a combination of routine check-ups, balanced nutrition, regular vaccinations, and early disease detection.

Grateful for their honest opinion and knowledge. 100 dollars for a phone call was a bit of a shocker. But my dog is alive and well, back to his crazy self.

I received the WORST customer service at Weir Veterinary Clinic today!!! Waited 2 weeks to get an appointment for my puppy's shots. Drive 45 mins to arrive on time for my 9am appointment. Despite the fact that restrictions have been lifted, I have to call when I arrive and wait outside the clinic until someone comes to get my dog. It is 27C outside today. After waiting outside for 10 minutes I call to see if I had made a mistake and was supposed to be going in or something. They assured me no, they were just running behind. After waiting outside for 20 minutes I finally approached the door to ask

Haven’t physically taken my dog in yet as her shots aren’t till September but I have called a couple times with questions and concerns and have also been helped with no problems. Thank you for helping keep my piece of mind

You won't find a staff that is more friendly or knowledgeable. The vet will give you an honest assessment and allow you to make the decisions that are necessary. Had an emergency C-section done on a goat and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Highly recommend their services.

I have never had a pet in my 36 years of life. But this was my very first trip to a vet clinic and wow I was impressed! I took my dog here to get neutered. It was 100$+ cheaper than the competition. Plus they checked him out kept him overnight, and gave him pain meds! They also called 2 days later to check if he was okay! I was overall highly impressed! Very personable place and will definitely be returning if I need to! After his surgery they also send you a text on how it went and a pic of your pet! If your looking for a great clinic, look no further!
