Mike did our Christmas lunch at work. Fed a lot of people really fast and still had left overs. Seems like a real mensch. Particularly enjoyed the ribs. Sauce wasn't too sweet and had a unique flavor. Would definitely recommend.

Memphis Mike catered to our Christmas luncheon today, We were a large crazy bunch of hungry construction workers ready to rock out and chow down. Memphis Mike delivered the goods. He served quality food with generous portion. Not only was the taste delicious, his service was smooth and organized. It was great to meet Mike and his team. We had Memphis Mike cater our Christmas party for 70 people. As a previous restaurant owner, I feel it's a duty of mine to let the caters know how the quality of the food was. The macaroni & cheese was very watery. The beans had a "burnt" taste to them. Some of the chicken drumsticks were raw, and the ribs had a fair amount of gristle. At $45.00 a plate we were hoping to be pleasantly surprised, but unfortunately we had to order pizza's, as word got out to our staff how bad the food really was.
I hope that this was a one off, and you can improve your quality going forward.

Memphis Mike's BBQ provided all of the food for an outdoor function that I recently attended. The food was authentic and fantastic, I can't wait to taste the smoked beef brisket again...some time very soon. And....Mike has a personality that matches his food. Excellent.

Had an amazing staff lunch with Memphis Mike and his wife! They were able to come through in 2 days with a lunch to remember for our staff at Maple Ridge Hyundai. They food was delicious, and great quality BBQ! Highly recommend for any occasions, Mike is great and made everything very easy!

Well somebody beat me to be the 100th review. Mike came on site to host our company BBQ, he's very polite, very responsive, funny, and pleasant to work with. Him and his wife made a good team, delivered BBQ to over 50 of our staffs & neighbours. Everybody enjoyed the food and Mike's humour.
10 stars for overall experience.

One word... Mike.
Food is good and I’ve had lots of good food and that’s where they get 4 ⭐️
But Mike makes it great. He’s the kinda guy you want to spend the afternoon chewing the cud. Trading stories...

Work gave us a barbecue lunch for staff appreciation this week, catered by Memphis Mikes BBQ! The brisket sammies were tasty, as was the potato salad, Mac n Cheese, but my favourite side was the coleslaw, mmm mmm, good! 😋

Got the pulled pork mac 'n cheese, it was cold and dry. Went to return for a replacement, and one of the woman in the back pretty much threw a hissy fit and started slamming things.

Memphis Mike is killing it! Makes the BEST most authentic BBQ in B.C. for sure. I travel all over North America regularly and Mike’s food stand up to the very best I’ve ever tried! Plus he got jokes 🤣
