The exhaust fan is the most common HVAC system you find in commercial and industrial properties. It's commonly found in kitchens and bathrooms, and although it's mostly used in businesses and industrial facilities, you can also find them in homes, warehouses, hospitals, and more. They provide ventilation in any area by taking out excess fumes, moisture and smells from a certain room, making the air easier to breathe and circulate.

Trevor IS AMAZING! He always answers the phone or gets back to you ASAP. My AC was being difficult during the summer and he came right away to come and help out me and my kids to cool down. He shared some knowledge on preventative maintenance to lessen the chance of future issues so that the kids and I could stay cool and better enjoy our summer. He is definitely my go to guy for this work:) THANK YOU TREVOR!!

Came within an hour after call - as promised. We didnt have complex problem, but the job was done quickly, clean and professionally. Trevor was friendly and polite. Very positive experience.
I dont know if it was too expensive or not. Didnt do the research. But having your furnace fixed fast during the winter is more important than saving few bucks.

Over the years we have used them for numerous jobs including repairing our air conditioner, installing a new electronic air cleaner, a tank less water heater and they recently just ran a gas line in our backyard.
They have always have been professional and prompt. We have always felt they are reasonably priced on all the jobs we needed done.
I would and have recommended Protech to anyone that needs service.

The work was completed quickly. The bill was inflated due to bumping up prices on parts. It cost over $300 to change an igniter. They were at my house for about 30 minutes. 10 of that was writing the bill. $60 diagnostic fee and $110 labour. Then $100 for the ignitor which is a $40 part if bought locally and $20 online.
Also it was a rainy day and they had no boot covers and wouldn't take them off. Boot marks on rugs.
If the would have charged a reasonable price for the part I would have been happy enough. Total bill was $305 for a quick job. I felt ripped off. I wouldn't have them back.

Do not use this company. He was late to the appointment to start... He then took the cover off looked at it and told me it was draining then did nothing... Told me it could be a few different things that would be costly and that I could get a new unit! He was there for 30 mins took a number 2 in my washroom and left me with a 113.00 bill with furnace still not working!!!!!!
