I will only use Toronto Limo VIP going forward. Found them on Google and having our 2 month old baby and dog they made our trip from Toronto Limo VIP so seamless. Above and beyond service. Got our bags for us and everything. 5 stars!
The communication from the company was excellent, -not always the case these days- and we could not have been more pleased. Highly recommend them and will use them for future travel needs.

I'm not able to specifically write a review about VIP Limo Service for Kitchener/Waterloo/Cambridge, so I will leave it here.
I had a horrible experience with VIP Limo KW. They did not respond to my emails about postponing our wedding from Summer 2020 to Summer 2021. They did not return calls. I was finally able to speak to someone, who stated they "forgot" to confirm the postponement date (they had 9 months to do this). I was then firmly told to pay for at least one hour of "buffer" time just in case, to avoid overtime fees, despite me explaining that we just don't need that much limo time. I

We hired this limo on two different occasions now. We found them online and prices can't be beat!
They drove us to a concert on a Sunday the first time we hired them and the second time they drove my daughter and nine of her girlfriends around town for her sixteenth birthday.
They was on time both times, Very friendly and personable, limos is nice and clean. They supplies complimentary champagne or sparkling cider and other drinks (water, soda).
Great company, great driver, I'll definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

We hired them for my 40 years Birthday and what an incredible day it turned. They gave us an awesome deal on pricing but the best experience we could have hoped for. Promptness, behavior, choice of wine, suggestions for places and dining were all too perfect. We went to so many places we had never seen. Good driver %100

Great experience! They were super polite, on time, helpful with suggestions and knew where they were going at all times. We did a wine tasting tour with 10 girls for my daughter's birthday. Limo was super clean, had champagne and pretzels. It was a tremendous day. Rate was very fair and I would call the company Limo again in a second!
