Electroplating is the electrochemical process of depositing a metallic coating on the base material of an object when it is immersed in a plating solution in such a manner that a suitable low voltage electric current flows through it, causing metallic coating to the attracted to the object to be plated.
Powder Coating is a cost effective, environmentally friendly process that is available in a wide range of metallic and standard colours. In addition, for most applications it is a superior choice to painting because it provides a durable coating that is ideal for any parts that will be exposed to the elements for long periods of time.
Chrome plating can be decorative, provide corrosion resistance, ease cleaning procedures, or increase surface hardness. We offer a range of chrome (chromium) plating options depending on your needs. For tools and other parts that will be used in an industrial environment we can provide hard chromium that provides exceptional wear resistance and durability.
Our Satin Finishes have a soft, pearl-like luster instead of a bright polish. It is typically used to simulate to look of brushed stainless steel or brushed aluminum. Depending on the application you can choose from either Satin Nickel, which will provide a more warm tone to it, or Satin Chrome which is cooler and more blue in tone.

I went to Metal Coaters with two small parts for powder coating job.
I wasn’t even sure they could do the job as I have visited some other places and was turned down.
I was pleasantly surprise when after less than 45 minutes the manager handed to me both parts nicely coated.
They’ve done great, high quality job and did not even charge me for the work. Thank you.

Other people seem to have had some issues, though I did not. While Taj WAS hard to get ahold of and did not return my emails, I was always able to speak with his partner Dan. They coated a bag of about 70 small parts from a drum set for me. All parts were present at pickup, and they beat everyone else's price by about 40%. Nothing has peeled (yet), so I would most likely return if I needed anything else coated.
