Very professional service. When ordering a new drug they will contact you to go over details of the new prescription.
A pharmacist will review thoroughly with you and make sure you have understood exactly what you will be taking.
Great company to use and I highly recommended it. Prices are much lower compared to my local pharmacy.

I’ve been with PocketPills for almost a year and have had no issues whatsoever. The service is prompt and delivery to your door, easy to change from your existing pharmacy, on call for most of your prescription concerns and a reminder for your upcoming repeat prescriptions! The whole experience has been seamless! I would definitely recommend however the dispensing fee changed to $11 from $7

It was a bit of a rocky start due to the delivery team not knowing my building well, but after the first delivery everything has gone super smoothly. I love the refill reminders since I do have a bad memory. And the site is so easy to use. Doctors with same day appointments at your fingertips. My home city has had a terrible time clearing snow the last couple of weeks; so much so that package deliveries aren't able to be delivered properly. When I made pocketpills aware that I hadn't gotten my medication in they did everything in their power to make the situation right. They called me to get details of the situation and called me again with one of the kindest professional apology I have ever heard. I very much feel like they have my back.

The idea behind PocketPills is a great one, and something I was very excited about, but on a number of occasions we were disappointed, and let down with the services provided to us.
Our first frustration was the non-stop, unending text messages we would receive, day after day. There is a fine line between keeping us informed and spamming us with text messages. We even called to get the "extra" messages stopped and were told, they can't adjust this.

Being a mother of a toddler, sometimes it’s hard to juggle between different chores. And PocketPills came out to be a saviour for me. I was unwell and I had tough time to go out and get medicines from a pharmacy. So I placed my order online on PocketPills, the end to end experience was seamless. I can't recommend it. I put in the order on a Tuesday, and was told that I would get it Friday. Friday comes around and I get a notification an hour after the delivery window, that they couldn't do it and would have to the next day. I took a look at my profile, and it looked like the order hadn't even been started yet, so it seems like there was no chance of it being delivered that day!
They messaged me Saturday, asking me for a time to talk to a pharmacist, which I told them the morning is fine, but didn't get a confirmation or acknowledgement of when I would get a call.

Sick of being treated like an inconvenience at the pharmacy? From sending the prescription in to having it is faster than the local pharmacy can fill it. Kind staff, great service, fast, can talk to a doctor, option to do everything through text for convince, and lower dispensing fees then anywhere else. I'm hooked.

Terrible service. The app and website constantly have issues and will allow you to book appointments that don't exist or aren't available. After several unprompted re-schedulings of my appointment, I finally got something confirmed only to never hear from the doctor. Was told there was a mix-up and booked another appointment and the same thing happened again. After the fact, I was told there was another issue with my account but this was never communicated to me. In total I had three separate confirmed appointments that were either rescheduled last-minute or had no-shows from the doctor while I

I LOVE using pocket pills!! It is super convenient, im able to text the staff and do everything right on my phone, upload new prescriptions, add insurance coverage, get refills, etc. They’re very thorough in going over new medications. Super fast shipping. I just love it. I’ll never use a traditional pharmacy again!
