I called into ATB’s customer service line this evening and Raj was such a great help! ATB’s hold music also makes the experience of waiting on hold SO much more positive. I wasn’t even mad/upset that I was on hold because their music was so awesome! I got “All Star” “I Will Wait” and “Come As You Are” and the last one got cut off by Raj answering my call and I was actually the slightest bit disappointed that the song didn’t finish first (which is a good problem to have, ATB)! Keep it up!

Stay as far away from the Windermere branch as you possibly can, I hate to use this word but their staff are completely incompetent. Customer service is nonexistent. After dragging a very simple task (in which I was trying to bring more money to them) out for several weeks they couldn’t even be bothered to answer my calls or return emails after we… surpassed the deadline of when I needed to have things done. 4 days later finally someone called me back- only after I put in a complaint to the branch manager - to tell me they still haven’t figured out how to open a new account for

In my experience ATB is not very competent bank, I had to chase to get anything out of them. Their staff and manager need to up their game . I called them may be 30 times for issues where either they can’t give me a straight answer . To get card limit increases takes one month or over. If you have a transaction settlement it takes forever.
