Have bought 3 vehicles from here over the last 10 years. They always treated us well and were professional. Our lasts vehicle had some safety issues days after we picked it up and they fixed everything hassle free. The day after we picked it up we noticed the windshield was cracked (we drove it home from bayview and parked it for the night, roughly 10km) they fixed it without arguing or trying to blame us. Was really refreshing to just be taken care of. Highly recommended.

Five stars on service and professionalism. I got a used car, but they fixed issues with it that arose within 30 days no problem. It was almost like new! Keep an eye out, you can find a really great car here for an amazing price. Highly recommend buying an insurance policy through them as well, as they are super friendly to deal with at Bayview. Proud I bought my first car here!

2018 Ram ecodiesel first trip since purchased at bayview auto, after having it in their service center for an oilchange appointment the vehicle broke down.
Haven't heard anything from anyone in day's since we left it in the middle of nowhere Canada. Sometimes i wish either RAM or the used carlot would be bound by law to make it right or be forced to take the faulty vehicle back

I just bought a 2019 Fusion Titanium Hybrid from them. Absolutely painless experience. Maui was great to deal with and make the process very expeditious! Brad in finance got me prime rate, the price of the car was $2000-3000 less than every other identical car I could find. It was a no-brainer, so thank you Maui and Brad! I absolutely LOVE the car!!

I clearly told Drew what vehicle it was (Dodge Ram megacab). That the occurrence was on Feb 2 2016. He also told me the girls names that he believed it to be and I told him which girl I spoke to. He was provided with all that he needed to investigate. There is no false information in my review. I was told that a carproof was clear when it had $5000 in "frame damage", I was told it was "just something the MTO does if you put a plow on a truck". I called the MTO and was told that was not true. I called back and spoke to the same girl and she asked another "sales associate
