The lady who did my eyebrows was ok ;however she does not know how to do eyebrows at all. I didn’t do my eyebrows for 2 months and I asked her to shape them for me. She didn’t do them right and she blamed me for them. I will not come again

I am so glad to have found this hidden gem in Richmond! Pinky is very flexible with time and I am VERY happy with my Brazilian wax and threading, and she gave me great perks for being a first time customer! Highly recommend and I am definitely going back for waxing, threading and hair cut!

I went there for underarm waxing and I have to say that it's the best experience I have had. The session was not painful and I bearly had any itchiness afterwards. The owner was outgoing and very knowledgeable.

I've been coming here since I was in highschool. It's been over 10 yrs and now live in a different city but I still drive back here. They're super cheap and efficient and always does a good job. Always ask for Pinky.
Side note, don't expect glam service there, it's a family ran business and they're always talking while threading your brows.

Been seeing Pinky for my eyebrows for over 14 years, tried other spas but she is the best, hands down. I won't go anywhere else. Service is fast and affordable, and my eyebrows are always flawless. Never need filler or makeup thanks to Pinky!

It was my first time at this salon and I already want to go back! Pinky was so sweet, so nice and so professional. It was also my first time waxing so she made it as quick as possible while still making sure she was doing a great job! She also did her best to distract me from the pain. Every time she was about to rip the wax off, she asked me a question or told me a story. I thought that was super sweet considering she knew it was my first time and I was very nervous. Great service! Will be coming back!!!

From the moment I stepped in the doors, Pinky made me feel welcome. The staff are very friendly and professional and FAST, while maintaining quality of work. They are really great at squeezing me in on the weekends when my schedule doesn't allow for appointments. Very reasonably priced too! Thanks ladies for all you do! Would highly recommend to anyone for all waxing and eyebrow threading needs.

My mother and I have been going to pinkys for over 15 years. We have been so happy with the work pinky does that we will never go anywhere else. She is thorough, efficient and very VERY good at threading. Every time I ask her to shape it a certain way, or make them thicker, she does exactly what I ask. She even moved locations and we followed her to the new place because she is THE BEST threader in Richmond! I will never go anywhere else! I just pray that Pinky will stick around forever - we don't know what we would do without you!
