There is a service phone number on the back of your insurance card. Please call your insurance company to find out if your plan includes acupuncture benefits. Coverage is often not 100% and the patient is responsible for the portion not covered. We are able to bill to one insurance company only. If you have dual coverage, we will submit to the prime company and give you a receipt to submit to the alternate.
