Honestly, the most unprofessional, rude and narcissistic person I've ever interacted with. I booked vacation with her property rental business in January 2020 and I contacted her when COVID hit in late March 2020 to try to cancel or move out our June 2020 reservation. My wife has health issues making her more at risk for catching COVID so we wanted to move reservation plus Hawaii was locked down. She didn't respond after multiple attempts and finally did so after we were within 60 day cancellation policy (meaning that I would lose my entire deposit if I cancelled). She agreed to push out the reservation

At a time when everyone needs solidarity, this well-to-do lady has just taken the year's savings for our holidays.In January I book a place to stay for my brother and I in Spain for the month of August. Following the covid and my brother who lives in China not being able to return, I ask for the cancellation as early as February. Lie and manipulation. She promises me a refund, but she's lying to me. At first, she makes me believe that she has lost her bank codes. Then she demands that I stop writing to her and wait until July 30 for the refund. It's August 22. And I still haven't been reimbursed

I have had Peggy Yelland and her excellent staff working with my company for over two years now. They have been the light at the end of a very treacherous tunnel. I booked accommodation in error from Peggy in Spain. I realised my error and tried to cancel immediately. Peggy has refused to refund me my young family holiday money of €1,600 hiding behind her own Cancellation policy which shouldnt apply in this instance. This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. She told me "Stop, go or lose the payment, your choice". No ethics, no empathy no accountability or business acumen were shown to me. All from a fellow accountant. How could anybody do this to a fellow human being??
