Our experience with Lumichrom was absolutely perfect. Over a 3 year period the management and staff worked closely with my husband and I to design our international family tree. This required much toing and froing as we checked and changed input from overseas for accuracy in translation.

As an artist, I worked with the staff a Lumichrom to realize a fairly complex installation of artwork. Right from the beginning, they supported me in the process by taking an interest in the ideas, organizing a meeting with staff who provided input into materials, and kept up the support right through to production and installation on site. I can't say enough good things about Lumichrom. They are professional, detail oriented, helpful and all around good people. Plus, my installation looked amazing! I was looking to have a plexiglass shield made for our clinic reception area and it turned out great. Service was professional, responsive and the product was turned around quickly. I had seen Lumichrome at a bridal show right after I got engaged and fell in love with their products, so I hung onto their flyer for years! We finally ended up getting two engagement photos printed, one on wood and one on aluminum. We get so many compliments on them in our home. The overall experience was fantastic, both the products we received and the customer service were excellent.
We got our photos probably close to 6 years ago now and they are holding up great. Would highly recommend!

The quality of the product, and of the customer service before and after the order was extraordinary. I was really impressed with Lumichrom's interest in listening to understand exactly what we wanted, and their creativity on how to execute my ask for one of the flexiglass to have a special opening that I could close at my convenience and secure with Velcro. When I received it, it was much better than I expected, and so happy to have ordered from Lumicrhom.
The turn around time, given the demand for these products was also very good.

Lumichrom has done some work for my clinic and the whole experience has been exceptional. First, I had a very tight timeline I gave them to get the projects done. Second, the quality of the etchmark design on my front window and LED reception sign is amazing. Ive had a CNC sign done before with another company and the quality and pricing at Lumichrom surpassed it. The staff were all very pleasant to deal with. They were showed up for installation while treatments were in session and were very respectful of that maintaining a quiet environment. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were

I've used Lumichrom several times in the past and have been very pleased with their quality and service. A few years ago, I had them provide prints of my photos and I was very pleased with the price and product.
Paul's team is very flexible and I appreciate their speedy work. Most of all, I appreciate their ability to meet my deadlines.
I'm not sure about the other reviews but I've not yet had a bad experience.

How the company is still in business is beyond me with the horrid customer service. didn't end up using them because of the attitude from the owner, he just couldn't be bothered to answer my questions. Too bad because I recently took a job where I frequently require large print jobs and could have used the local service.

Had a horrible experience with this company. I went in for a simple mounting job, picked the print up the next day and they had damaged it in several areas. At first they agreed to re print the work for free as they agreed that it was their fault, however when I brought the ruined print back to them the owner claimed that I had brought them a damaged print and that it was not his fault. The print had multiple scratches in it as well as dust embedded in it from their mount press. After being yelled out for ten minutes about how he would not fix the print the owner then through the money I spent
