Eric Stine Architect Inc. has been in private practice since 1986 providing architectural services to hundreds of clients, both endusers and developers, primarily in the residential sector. The approach is collaborative with clients and consultants to be sure that any design evolves into the best possible match with clients 'wish list', budget and making the best of any opportunities specific to any given property or zoning.

Eric is hands on and works directly with all clients on custom homes, duplexes, multi family townhouses, heritage restorations + conversions, infill and Laneway Houses.
