Masoud Mohajeri is a professional geotechnical engineer with 28 years of experience in research, design, and management of heavy civil and infrastructure engineering projects. He earned his Ph. D. degree from the University of Tokyo, completed his first post-doctoral fellowship at Port and Airport Research Institute in Japan and a second post-doctoral fellowship at National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Prevention in Japan.
