ACTI offers precision roll to roll slitting in various widths. We have the capacity to slit in widths from 1/4" to a maximum of 64". We have score, crush and shear knife capacities within our plant. Our packaging line can box, bag, "L-bar" seal, or "heat shrink" a sleeve on a roll as required. We have short lead times and can process orders of any size at a competitive price.
ACTI can handle almost anything. For example, during a recent project we handled complex coating, laminating and slitting, perforating and sheeting to the extreme. The finished sheets were approximately 24" wide x 15.25" long. The adhesive coated release paper was slit into 5 strips and laminated, then the combined material was perforated off-center of each strip, and then sheeted.
ACTI specializes in solving our customers' adhesion needs with tape solutions. This involves both product design and/or process design to develop the right product for their application. ACTI coats both solvent or water based adhesives in coating thicknesses up to 6 mils per pass. We can coat on substrates from.5 mils to 14.
