Some of the service advisors were courteous whereas others appeared battle-weary. One advisor was curt, just shy of rude, and the cashier was unhelpful. Wait time was much longer than suggested at each point in time where an estimate was requested. A more accurate assessment of time would have allowed me to make better use of my afternoon.

It wasn't the absolute worst experience, however, my appointment was at 3 but I only got my car back at 7. This was to put two sets of tires on rims. I paid a fairly good price for it so I'm not complaining about it. And to be fair, I did go on one of the busiest days of the year.
While I was waiting for my car, I was watching them to change the tires on an audi. One of the workers was trying to get a tire off by slamming another tire into the mounted wheel. Not only is this extremely dangerous but very unprofessional.

Service was friendly efficient as far as what I was having done is concerned (tire change & oil change), however I’m totally annoyed with the condition in which they returned the car. It’s the 2md time this has happened. First time I didn’t say anything. This time I tried and I was blown off.
I won’t be returning here any time soon.

2) Like most shops, they charge more for mag wheels. I have steel wheels. Every time I went (4x) I had to get a price adjustment because they charged me for mags.
3) Took my car to a different garage for full service and check-up a week after tire change here. They chewed me out for over-inflating my tires to more than 40 psi when the correct inflation is 35 & 33. It wasn’t me! Car drove a lot more smoothly after the pressure was corrected!

Decent price and efficient.. However after getting a tire fixed.. It happened again. Awesome they said they'd take a look at it again and then second time they found a nail.. A few days later I now get a tire pressure sensor failure.. Hmm coincidence?
None the less.. As mentioned. Decent price decent service but I would shop around again the next time.

Not good for tire changes anymore unless you are retired and have lots of free time -- they don't take appointments, and you have to make the line 1h+ before the opening time to have a chance for a spot.
They were already more expensive for services but at least they were good and convenient. Now it's just too complicated to go there anymore for people that works and travel. Just make a reservation elsewhere and save you the trouble

Great service! A tire blew on my dad's car while I was driving it, and with zero real car experience my sister and I tried to put the spare on, but our attempt went no where. I called a few places who either couldn't be bothered to be polite, or couldn't fit us in for a few days. My dad called up Canada Tire and spoke to Adam, who agreed to let us come in even though they were at closing time. My sister and I drove the car over with one flat, praying the entire time. Adam was able to hook us up with a new tire that worked with the existing ones and it was a more than fair price,

Terrible service. TL;DR 1. Charged for service not requested. 2. Didn’t tighten lug nuts, which can cause severe damage.

I saw all these five star reviews here so I went to change my winter tire at Canada Tire Decarie two weeks ago. After they finished their job, I noticed the bill was higher than my usual tire changing bill and found out they charged me for balancing and nitrogen. But neither the staff asked if I needed those service when I made the appointment or when I dropped my key. Since they already performed the service, I paid the bill anyways.

I absolutely recommend this place if you're looking for a new set of tires.
I contacted many places and only Mr. Adam from La Cie Canada Tire responded in a timely manner, he knew exactly what size I need knowing only the make and the model of my car, he recommended few options with different price points, he answered all my questions and gave me recommendations and information about mail in rebates from different tire makers.
The place itself looks clean, the staff is friendly and professional, the service was quick and I feel I got a very good deal.

Was told by another tire store I needed new brakes. Sounded very suspicious to me so I took it to Canada Tire and had them check. They told me how much time I had left on my brakes, which was plenty. I will only ever go here anymore for tires and everything else related to my car. Great staff really friendly, knowledgeable.

This place is amazing! Everyone is super friendly and they go out of their way to help. I was out of town, my wife was looking after our baby, and we had a flat. (No CAA) I called and they said "we'll see what we can do". The next thing I know, my spare tire had been installed in my driveway and the guy they sent over gave my wife an update on what we needed to replace when we could find time to bring the car in.

I was looking for a set of summer tires with service and storage. They were quick to offer good set at a good price. The actual change was done quickly and professionally. The service was courteous, I received every information I needed and there were no hidden catches. Absolutely a positive experience.
