Unprofessional staff who either don't know how to do their job correctly or are too lazy to do it properly. Save yourself money and a headache and call somebody else if you need a tow truck. CMV is the worst!

The dispatcher said a truck would be there to help me. The truck drove by. Stopped. Saw me. And drove away. When I called the dispatcher again she said the driver told them that he spoke to me and that they would not be sending a truck out to help me. I was trapped in my truck in the ditch. I understand that the weather was bad but thats when tow trucks are supposed to be out working.
