D R Polley Used Car

Me and my girlfriend own a moving company here in Moncton and went to Dr Polley for a truck purchase. We found the teuck we wanted with small repairs needed so we gave a deposit on the truck on the last week of May. We are now June and want to pick up and when we called and told him that we were coming to pick it up he said that apparently the power steering line broke so said we could take the truck identical to it . Which wow to a surprise that truck dont work apparently either. So he went and got a line made for the first truck but to surprise that line doesn't fit. So I ask for the deposit

Kept getting denied everywhere else for a credit building loan and Doug helped me finance a decent used car for a price I could afford needed a new taillight and they got it for me within a few weeks of my purchase and other than now needing an oil change and some minor fix-up work it's been a decent car so far people need to realise this is a used car lot and it's not the dealers responsibility to put all brand new parts on a used car as with anything else if you want to protect yourself buy a warrenty I found these guys excellent to deal with and they got me rolling within three days if go back

Bought a vehicle from here. they will tell you whatever they need to to get a car off the lot. they greased up a shifter so it would shift smoothly long enough to get it off the lot. ended up costing me over $300. needed window switches and they said they would get them for me. never did get them even after i stopped in a couple times. better off buying a private sale, it'll be cheaper and most likely less chance of being ripped off

***scammer alert*** This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a well established company. I rented a man lift from them. There was no contact, nothing formal. I hesitated at the way the wanted to do everything in such an unprofessional way but I rented this machine. After having it the one day I originally planned I called Doug and told him I did not want the machine for another day but would like it for a few hours. I did not hear from them all the next day or until late the following day. I went in to see about the bill and was told I was going to be billed for three days. I explained
