Their website states they do price matching, i asked for a quote for services and before I received a quote i stated I had a quote from elsewhere. The person on the line told me that they wont price match and that the price i had received was illegal, and that they refuse to match and dont need my business. Still not even providing a quote. When I told them that i didnt appreciate the rude and short answers and that i still wanted the quote i requested they denied and ended the conversation. HORRENDOUS customer service. Quest Limo is a terrible, terrible service. We booked our limo with them a week in advance. We entered our credit card on their web site when we booked. They sent us an email that had "BOOKED" in the subject line. Then today we received 2 texts basically saying "limo arriving at 6:30 don't forget". Then they didn't show up. We had ten 18-year old girls dressed up and ready to go for my daughters birthday party! When we called they said we didn't pay so they gave our booking away!! So then why don't you call or send us a message saying we would lose our reservation unless we paid??? They took no

Quest limos has disappeared off the face of the earth and does not answer their calls.
They owed money to a few companies in Vancouver including ours and have refused to pay for work that was done prior to covid.
I would not trust this company and would steer clear of them as they can not be trusted.

We really had a fantastic experience with Quest Limos. We used Quest Limos for our recent trip of 6 to get to and from the Airport. We had quite a bit of luggage including a car seat, play pen and stroller for our baby. William our driver was fantastic and was on time on both pick up and the return. Dispatch is very convenient and it was nice to know that they were monitoring the flights as our return flight was delayed significantly. I even had to call late at night to confirm pick and someone was on the other line to answer the phone. The price was reasonable as we requested 12 passenger van

We recently hired Quest Limos for trip to airport last week, our driver was wonderful and accomodating as we had multiple picks up.
The suv was great had lot of room for our luggage.
I would definitely use them again whenever I am in need of limousine service.

I had a bad experience with this company. I wasn't sure how many people would confirm coming so I requested a 12-seat limo to ensure enough spots. I had booked it to ensure it would be reserved but put the meeting spot as will confirm later. Once I learned where the pickup spot would be, I updated via e-mail, telephone and directly to the driver. So, at the pickup time, he drove to the original destination. 3 of the people didn't make it in time so we decided to pick them up along the way. When the driver finally arrived, he didn't have any idea of where the location was for VCC

Aman is punctual. I booked a 4:00 AM pickup to go to YVR. He was waiting for me, 10 minutes before. Super clean car. He had water in the back seat.
Service was so good, I booked him on the spot for my return to Vancouver.
I now have my favourite car service on my speed dial. Thank you Quest and thank you Aman.
