This is the second time we've had the pleasure of working with Shawn and it was another fantastic experience. In the past I've always dealt directly with a bank for our mortgage renewals. I am so glad I have moved away from that and have found Shimona!
I am generally very skeptical of all people who work in the financial sector, as they are usually out for themselves and not the customer. Shimona is one of the few who is really looking out for the customer's best interest. She takes the time to explain how things work in detail and she really works hard to find the best rate and product for you. Our bank said they would match the rate she got us if we wanted, then she turned around and got the rate dropped

It is easy to recommend and refer my own Family, friends, and clients to obtain mortgage advice from Shimona. She is very knowledgeable in her field and is very friendly and professional.
