Marc was very helpful and thorough in his explanation of the process of purchasing a vehicle with my teenage children and myself. He spent time with us and answered all our questions. I purchased my vehicle from The Car Lot etc even though I live in southern Ontario. From start to finish it was an extremely pleasant experience. Van was picked up "Certified" with 3mm of tread on cracked rear tires,,one with a plug in it and the other with a SCREW in it. When I complained to manager Moe I got a two minute speech on how hes been doing this for years and knows what hes doing,bla bla bla.
I Paid for new tires myself...

These folks are not honest at all. Bought a 2007 Toyota Tacoma from them that was on par in price, only to learn that it was a vehicle that was bought back by Toyota in the USA under a Lemon Law. They never disclosed that information. DO NOT BUY from them!
There have been many problems with the vehicle and I took it for an independent safety check after buying and there was over a $1000 worth of work they missed and they only re-reimbursed me for a small portion of it.
