Sure, they sell carpets and flooring, but that's not what keeps them in business. With over 50 years of experience, the Frank family, now in its second generation, has dedicated its talent and resources to providing uncompromising quality and service. Barry started his company in a small one-man showroom in Town of Mount Royal, QC but his story really began at his family's deli, United Delicatessen on St-Lawrence Boulevard, in Montreal.
At just 9 years old, he was on the street delivering food to the clothing factories around the bustling neighborhood. His father taught him that respect, honesty and customer service was king, and he quickly learned how to treat a paying customer. He never forgot how significant that advice was, and he built his business based on those principles.

This is the second time I have worked with Tapis Normandy over the last year and I cannot recommend them enough. Both times were for stair runners in my home and my business. They made the selection process easy by giving great advice on both style and durability while staying within my budget. Install was great both times and year later my first runner looks as good as new. Thank you to everyone there for a great experience.

This r.g. just moved into a new place (s.r) but ("Ripleys") a new living-room-carpet-buying virgin. But, boy, did I get lucky!
I met Pamela. In the first store I walked into. One of the first carpets I saw also really got my attention. She shared her knowledge and advice, making the shopping experience for this old non-shopper very pleasant. Pamela is such a terrific lady. Grateful to have gotten her help in the decision to buy that carpet.

We looked everywhere for a good quality at reasonable prices carpet for our home theatre. After looking at many other places, we ended up giving up due to poor quality. Tapis Normandy was offering a bit more expensive but with much better quality. I'm so glad we ended up going with them. The room looks amazing, the installation was done really well - no rush, no fuss. We're looking forward to enjoying this room much more now with this nice carpet. Good work guys and I appreciate Jordan's personal touch and involvement.
