I honestly wish I could give this company 0 stars, their service is HORRILBE. Zero integrity. Please do your research on this company before you give them your frieght. Despite the positive comments on here ( which I'm almost certain that are friends and family) their service is POOR. They are too expensive, they broker out their loads and they have a sister company Transport Diamond Logistics and they are also terrible and have a pretty bad rap sheet. They aren't professional people. PLEASE think carefully before you use this carrier. THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!!!

Do NOT use this carrier. They are a terrible, terrible company. The true definition of a scam artist. They put false information on my POD, split the order and said the delivery was done with 2 trucks! When it was loaded at my facility and we confirmed only loaded 1 truck and we have record and proof to reflect that. And they did another pick up for me and is CURRENTLY holding my freight hostage! They have refused to deliver the goods and it is going to a long term care facility clinic. I tried explaining the situation and advised that it's a rush shipment and he told me it will deliver same day

Absolutely terrible provider. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! he took a time sensitive load from me. when I called for my POD was told truck had a flat in NY state. Long weekend and emergency repairs were delayed - claimed he spoke with receiver and that they were closed until 7PM on Sunday (funny how they are open 24/7)... come to find out after not getting any answers after his fairy tale that freight was still in Montreal - he tried to broker it out to another agent (his agents are not very reputable either and already blocked in my system)- even when he was aware the jig was up and his lies were outted
